SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING AS TO ALL ASPECTS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES.

2. PRIZE SUPPLIERS: Delta Vacations, First for Women Magazine, Mattel Inc. and Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.

3. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter and to win a prize, entrants (the “Entrant(s)”) must be, at the time of entry: (i) a natural person who is legally a resident of, and living in, the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico); (ii) at least eighteen (18) years of age or older (and not a minor in his or her state of residence); and (iii) must not be an employee or director, or IRS dependent, immediate family member or individual residing in the same household of, an employee or director, of Bauer Publishing Company LP, Bauer Media Group Inc. First for Women magazine, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, Delta Vacations, Fruit of the Loom, Mattel Inc. and/or myfirstforwomen.com (collectively, the "Entities") and any of their respective partners, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, trustees, franchisees, licensees, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, representatives and agencies. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, “immediate family members” are defined as mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren.

4. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible Entrants must enter via either the write-in or online methods described in this Section. During the entry period (“Entry Period”)(defined in Section 5): (i) Visit http://myfirstforwomen.com. Click on The Kiss A Frog Sweepstakes link and complete all of the required information, follow all instructions and submit your entry by clicking on the "Continue" button; or (ii) mail your first and last name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, email address and telephone to the “The Kiss A Frog Sweepstakes”, c/o Bauer Media Group Inc., 58 West 40th Street, 5th Floor, New York, New York 10018. Limit one entry per person during the Entry Period.  Multiple entries submitted by a single person are void. Multiple entries from the same email address (“Address”) are void.  In the event of a dispute, all e-mail entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an e-mail account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such e-mail account by the internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with such e-mail account.  It is Entrant’s sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing if the Entrant changes his/her e-mail address. 5.  ENTRY PERIOD:  The entry period will begin at 12:01 A.M. (E.D.T.) on November 1, 2009 and will end at 11:59 P.M. (E.S.T.) on December 15, 2009.  All internet entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. E.S.T. on December 15, 2009 and all write-in entries must be postmarked by December 8th, 2009 and received by Bauer Media Group Inc. by December 15th, 2008.  All times listed in these Rules are Eastern Standard Time. 

6. WINNER SELECTION: The winners (“Winner(s)”) will be selected from all of the entries received in a random drawing to be held on or about December 16, 2009. If the write-in entries can be received by 12/22/09, the drawing can’t be held until that date or later.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. PRIZES:  One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following: Roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) to New Orleans, Louisiana up to $500 per person; hotel accommodations for two (2) at a participating Delta Vacations hotel (maximum value of $900); French Quarter Walking Tour for two (2); Garden Walking Tour for two (2). The vacation package is non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets and hotel certificates issued in conjunction with this promotion may not be exchanged for cash value. Delta Vacations will provide air transportation via Delta Air Lines or Northwest Airlines from the airport closest to the winner’s residence, in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Travel is permitted on NW/KL/DL designated flights operated by NWA/Mesaba, Delta Air Lines, KLM, Continental Airlines, Compass, Pinnacle, KLM City Hopper, ASA, Freedom, Comair, SkyWest, Chautauqua, Shuttle America or ExpressJet. Travel via other DL/NW Airlink and DL/NW designated affiliated partner flights is not permitted. The recipient shall be responsible for travel to and from the airport served by such flights. Travel is not permitted on the following dates: 2009 – Dec 19 - Dec 31, 2009. 2010 – Jan 1, Mar 12 - Apr 3, Nov 19-26, Dec 18-31, 2010. Not valid with previously purchased trip. This certificate may not be combined with any other coupon, certificates, discount, bonus, infant fare, upgrade, SkyMiles, WorldPerks Air Travel Award or promotional offers/tickets. Certificate is not valid with Miscellaneous Charge Orders or Prepaid tickets. Certificate is non-transferable. Positive identification will be required at time of check-in. Purchased certificates are subject to confiscation and you will not be allowed to travel. Only original certificates will be accepted. Certificates will not be replaced. Void if altered. Travel must be roundtrip. To make your travel arrangements, please call 1-800-452-5672 and refer to the number on the front of this certificate. Reservations must be made and ticket issued prior to departure. Booking and travel dates must fall into the range as specified on the front of the certificate. Delta Vacations must issue all travel documentation. Certificate may only be applied towards number of passengers specified on the certificate; passengers must travel on the same itinerary and must be booked through Delta Vacations. Any unused portion of the certificate will not be refunded, and cannot be used towards another booking or another service component. Travel agent commission is not paid/earned on a free trip value, taxes, and fees. If booking exceeds certificate value, recipient is responsible for any balance due and must be paid in full at time of booking. Hotel taxes, state and federal income taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Delta Air Lines and Delta Vacations are the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Grand Prize is nontransferable, non-endorsable and no cash or other substitutions will be offered except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round-trip transportation between the winner’s residence and any airport of origin, round-trip transportation between the airport and the hotel, alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. A minor may not participate in the Grand Prize trip unless the Grand Prize Winner is his/her parent/legal guardian.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION, ACCEPTANCE AND RELEASES: All Winners (including The Grand Prize Winner, Second, and Third Prize Winners) will be notified by e-mail, phone or both at the discretion of the Sponsor on or about December 16, 2009 and prize(s) will be awarded by January 15, 2010. The return of a prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. The Winner may waive their right to receive a prize. The Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes on prizes. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute and return within seven (7) days of notification an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release, except where prohibited by law. Failure to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility/acceptance, publicity, travel and liability releases within seven (7) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules or the prize notification letter, may, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the Prize, and the award of the Prize to an alternate winner. Guest of Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. The Grand Winner and his/her guests, by participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance of a prize, agree to release the Entities and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional or judging agencies, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and legal advisors from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or the entrant’s acceptance, receipt, ownership or use/misuse of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded. Each entrant agrees that the Entities shall not be liable or responsible for any printing, or typographical, or other in advertent errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules. The Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Prize after it has been delivered. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent to the publication of his or her name and image in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.

9. GENERAL TERMS: Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. No mechanically reproduced, software-generated or other automated multiple entries are permitted. The Entities will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with the sender or the Sponsor, or for any lost or delayed data transmission. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Entrant agrees not to upload, post or transmit materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. The Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.  Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an e-mail account shall be determined by http://myfirstforwomen.com in its sole, reasonable discretion, and http://myfirstforwomen.com reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. 

10.  PRIVACY POLICY:  The registration information you provide will be used solely to administer this Sweepstakes.  The Sponsor will not use, share, distribute or sell your registration information to third parties.

11. CHOICE OF LAW: These Official Rules and any dispute arising hereunder or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of New York, with venue in New York County in the State of New York.

THE SPONSOR: "The Kiss A Frog Sweepstakes" is sponsored by Bauer Media Group, Inc. on behalf of First for Women Magazine and http://myfirstforwomen.com whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. First for Women Magazine, myfirstforwomen.com, Bauer Media Group, Inc., and Bauer Publishing will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the sweepstakes.
