“Earth Day Sweepstakes” is sponsored by Bauer Advertising Sales, Inc., 58 West 40th Street, New York, NY 10018 on behalf of First magazine, http://myfirstforwomen.com, S.C. Johnson and Son, Inc., 1. HOW TO ENTER: (i) Visit http://myfirstforwomen.com and complete all of the required information, follow all instructions and submit your entry by clicking on the "Continue" button or (ii) mail [your downloaded, printed and completed entry form] to “Earth Day Sweepstakes”, c/o Bauer Advertising Sales, Inc., 58 West 40th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10018. The entry period will begin at 12 P.M. (EST.) on April 15, 2008 and will close at 11:59 P.M. (EST.) on May, 31, 2008. All internet entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. EDT. on May, 31, 2008 and all write-in entries must be received by Bauer Advertising Sales, Inc. by [11:59 P.M. EST. on May, 31, 2008]. In the event of a dispute, all e-mail entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an e-mail account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such e-mail account by the internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with such e-mail account.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Eligible entrants must enter via either the write-in or online methods described above. Limit one entry per person during the entry period. Multiple entries submitted by a single person are void. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is not open to employees of Bauer Publishing USA, Bauer Advertising Sales, Inc., SC Johnson and Son, Inc., Warner Home Video and National Geographic Television & Film and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees.

3. GENERAL TERMS: Incomplete entries are void. Bauer Advertising Sales, Bauer Publishing USA, publisher of First Magazine (“First Magazine”) and S.C. Johnson and Son, Inc. will not share or distribute or sell entries to third parties. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. No mechanically reproduced, software-generated or other automated multiple entries are permitted. Bauer Advertising Sales, Inc., Bauer Publishing USA, First Magazine, http://myfirstforwomen.com, S.C. Johnson and Son, Inc.will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with the sender or the Sponsors, or for any lost or delayed data transmission. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Entrant agrees not to upload, post or transmit materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. The Sponsors, in its sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. The Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an e-mail account shall be determined by http://myfirstforwomen.com in its sole, reasonable discretion, and http://myfirstforwomen.com reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply.

4. PRIZES: Prize winners will be selected from all of the entries received. Ten (10) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries to be held on or about June 2, 2008. Prizes are nontransferable, non-endorsable and no cash or other substitutions will be offered except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Prizes and individual prize components are subject to availability and the Sponsors have the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Ten (10) winners will receive an “Earth Day Sweepstakes” Gift Box from First Magazine, S.C. Johnson and Son, Inc. and Warner Home Video including: (a) One (1) DVD of the each of the following National Geographic programs:SIX DEGREES COULD CHANGE THE WORLD, HUMAN FOOTPRINT and EDEN: AT THE END OF THE WORLD (b) (1)bottle of Windex®, (1) package of Pledge® wipes, (1) Pledge® Multi Surface Duster (approximate retail value of gift basket: DVD’s $54.94 and cleaning products $9.00, Total APR $63.94). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION, ACCEPTANCE AND RELEASES: Each winner will be notified by e-mail, phone or both at the discretion of the Sponsors. The return of a prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may waive their right to receive a prize. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes on prizes. Winners will be required to execute and return within seven (7) days of notification an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release, except where prohibited by law. Failure to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility, the liability release or the publicity release within seven (7) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules or the prize notification letter, may, at the sole discretion of the Sponsors, result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner. All winners, by participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance of a prize, agree to release Bauer Advertising Sales, Inc., Bauer Publishing USA, S.C. Johnson and Son, Inc. Warner Home Video and National Geographic Television & Film and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional or judging agencies, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and legal advisors from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or the entrant’s acceptance, receipt, ownership or use/misuse of the prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Sponsors make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded. Each entrant agrees that the Sponsors and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional or judging agencies, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and legal advisors shall not be liable or responsible for any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent to the publication of his or her name and image in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. The names of the winners may be obtained by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope after June 5, 2008 to “Earth Day Sweepstakes”, c/o Bauer Advertising Sales, Inc., 58 West 40th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10018. Residents of Washington State and Vermont may omit postage.

6. CHOICE OF LAW: These Official Rules and any dispute arising hereunder or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of New York, with venue in New York County in the State of New York.

Johnson and Son, Inc. whose decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. First Magazine, myfirstforwomen.com, Bauer Advertising Sales, Inc., Bauer Publishing, S.C. Johnson and Son, Inc. will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the sweepstakes.
